Cyn cyflwyno cynigion yn ffurfiol i’r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol rhaid i’r cynnig fynd trwy ymgynghoriad cyn cais.
Bydd cynrychiolwyr Cartrefi Conwy a’r tîm ymgynghorol yn cynnal digwyddiad ymgynghori galw heibio yn Glan Conwy Church House, Stryd yr Eglwys, Glan Conwy, LL28 5LY ar ddydd Iau, 18 Rhagfyr 2025, rhwng 1300 a 1800, pan fyddwch chi’n gallu trafod y cynigion yn fwy manwl

THIS CONSULTATION EXERCISE IS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016.

I give notice that Cartrefi Conwy intends to apply for planning permission for Residential development of 70 dwellings, access, open space and all associated works on land at Maes y Felin, Glan Conwy.
Before formally submitting proposals to the Local Planning Authority the proposal must be subject of pre-application consultation.
Representatives of Cartrefi Conwy and Consultant team will hold a drop-in consultation event at Glan Conwy Church House Church Street, Glan Conwy, LL28 5LY on Thursday 18 December 2025 between 1300 and 1800 hours when you will be able discuss the proposals in more detail. _________________________________________________The scheme would provide:
a mix of detached and semi-detached affordable dwellings houses including bungalows .
housing built to the highest standards, incorporating technological and construction innovation, solar PV and private gardens,
enhanced cycle and pedestrian routes and access to public spaces.
shift to low carbon buildings and supporting national housing and planning objectives.
Sustainable urban drainage, green infrastructure and biodiversity enhancement.
Development designed to manage flood risk on and off site.
70 dwellings on this part of the site in lieu of 48 approved previously
